At 5 Dollar Joints, we strive to get your order delivered soon as possible. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders. We ship to all states where federally compliant hemp is legal. Please note that due to legal restrictions, we cannot ship to some states, we have done our best to limit these states and availabilty in shipping however it is always strongly recommended that you be aware of the current cannabis laws in your area. Return & Refund Policy
We take great pride in the quality of our products and are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us to express your concerns and we will correct on a case by case basis. We offer refunds or exchanges for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been opened or used.
